Ms. Boswell currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating & Governance Committee. She is the General Manager, Unilever U.K. & Ireland. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President, Personal Care, North America at Unilever and was President of Global Brands for the Alberto-Culver Company. Prior to Alberto-Culver, Ms. Boswell was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - North America of Avon Products, Inc., and was responsible for implementing Avon North America's transformation agenda and its business strategies. Prior to Avon, Ms. Boswell held various management roles with Ford Motor Company and Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. Ms. Boswell also serves as a director of Wolverine Inc. She previously served on the board of directors for Applebee's International Inc. and was named a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute in 2005. In early 2007, Pink Magazine and the Forte Foundation selected her as one of the Top 15 Women in Business. Boswell is a summa cum laude graduate of Boston University and received her Master's degree from the Yale School of Management.

Ms. Dominguez currently serves as a member of the Executive Compensation and Human Resources Committee. She is currently the President at Dominguez & Associates. Previously, she was the United States' 12th Chair of the EEOC from 2001 to 2006, and the first to have a workforce management background. Previously, Ms. Dominguez was Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and a Director at Spencer Stuart. She also served in the U.S. Department of Labor in roles including, Assistant Secretary for Employment Standards, Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and Architect of the Labor Department's Glass Ceiling Initiative. Her corporate experience includes various human resource positions with Bank America Corporation, including Director of Executive Programs. Dominguez holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the School of International Service at American University in Washington, D.C. In 2003, Loma Linda University conferred upon her the honorary degree of Doctor of Humanitarian Service. She is a fellow of the Advanced Study Program in Public Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has served on the boards of the Leadership Foundation of the International Women's Forum and the Human Resources Planning Society. She currently serves as a trustee of Calvert SAGE Funds, a director of Triple-S Management Corporation as well as a director of the National Association of Corporate Directors. In addition, she has been recognized as one of the "100 Most Influential Hispanics in the Country" by Hispanic Business magazine.

Mr. Downe currently serves as a member of the Executive Compensation and Human Resources Committee. He is CEO of BMO Financial Group, a bank founded in 1817 that today serves 11 million personal, commercial, corporate and institutional customers in North America and internationally. Downe held the role of Chief Operating Officer prior to being appointed CEO in 2007 and has held a variety of senior management positions in the U.S. since joining the company in 1983. He is a member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council of the Mayor of Beijing, and the International Advisory Council of Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Downe is on the Board of Trustees of the Rush University Medical Center and a member of the Board's Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Downe is a director of Catalyst, Inc. and a member of Catalyst's Canadian Board of Advisors. Downe is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and Past President of the Federal Reserve Board's Federal Advisory Council.

Ferraro previously served as the Global Chief Operating Officer of Ernst & Young ("EY") for 8 years until his retirement in January 2015. He joined EY in 1976 and was a partner for 26 years. Throughout his tenure at EY, Mr. Ferraro held various leadership positions, including Americas Managing Partner/Vice Chair of Client Services and Global Vice Chair of Audit. In addition, Mr. Ferraro served as a member of EY's Global Executive board for more than 12 years. Mr. Ferraro also serves as a director of Advance Auto Parts Inc., International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. and is the Chair of the Marquette University Board of Trustees.

She is the retired CEO and President of Health Care Service Corporation, which operates Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, the fourth largest health insurance company in the United States, serving over 13 million members. Previously, she held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Internal Operations. She also serves as a director of Cardinal Health as well as Prime Therapeutics, MEDecision, BCS Financial, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, America's Health Insurance Plans, National Institute for Health Care Management, Salvation Army Advisory Board, and the Health Care Leadership Council. Hemingway Hall has been named one of Crain's Chicago Business magazine's Top 25 Women to Watch and one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Health Care by Modern Healthcare Magazine.

Mr. Mendoza currently serves on the Audit Committee. He is a senior managing director of an independent global investment banking firm, Atlas Advisors LLC. Previously, Mendoza was Partner of Deming Mendoza & Co., LLC, a corporate finance advisory firm and was the Chairman of Trinsum Group, an international strategic and financial advisory firm. Trinsum Group was formed as a result of a merger between Marakon Associates and Integrated Finance Limited, a financial advisory company which Mendoza co-founded and of which he previously served as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs and spent over 30 years at J.P. Morgan & Co., where he became Director and Vice Chairman of the Board. Mendoza also serves on the boards of Western Union, Inc. and PartnerRe Limited, as well as being a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

From 1998-2002 he was a partner in the Milwaukee office of the law firm Foley & Lardner, where he served as chair of the firm's International Business Team where he represented global and domestic companies in cross-border transactions. Prior to that he served as Managing Partner of the firm's Milwaukee office. Payne holds a doctorate degree in law and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University. He also serves on the boards of Northwestern Mutual, WEC Energy Group (formerly Wisconsin Energy Corporation) and YMCA of the U.S. (Chair).

Jonas Prising was named ManpowerGroup Chairman in December of 2015 and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in May of 2014. He leads all aspects of ManpowerGroup’s business in 80 countries and territories worldwide. Prior to being elected CEO, Prising served as ManpowerGroup President from 2012 to 2014, leading the company’s $20 billion operations in the Americas and Southern Europe, and overseeing the global Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions businesses. Prising joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and has also served as managing director of Manpower Italy; director of Manpower Global Accounts — Europe, Middle East and Africa; President of North America; and President of the Americas.
 
A recognized expert on the labor market and world of work trends, Prising regularly speaks at conferences and summits around the world. He actively engages in the World Economic Forum annual and regional meetings and frequently provides commentary on jobs and employment trends for national and global media.
 
Before joining the company, Prising worked for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. During his 10-year tenure with Electrolux, he held various international positions within the consumer goods and business-to-business divisions, including regional manager for Asia Pacific, managing director of Sales Companies in France and the United Kingdom, and finally head of Global Sales and Marketing for one of its business-to-business divisions.
 
Prising is passionate about preparing the workforce of tomorrow. He is Vice Chairman of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide and is a former Chairman of the Board and a current board member of Junior Achievement (JA) USA. In addition, he serves as a co-chair of Innovation in Milwaukee, an organization focused on supporting entrepreneurial leadership and is a member of the board of directors of the Kohl's Corporation.
 
Prising holds an MBA (equivalent) from the Stockholm School of Economics and has participated in executive programs at Harvard, INSEAD, Stanford and Yale. He speaks five languages: English, French, German, Swedish and Italian and has lived in nine countries across Asia, Europe and North America. Prising and his family reside in the Milwaukee area.

Read is the former president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 100 technology distributor and supply-chain services provider. Prior to taking on this role, he served on Ingram Micro’s board of directors and was chief financial officer and executive vice president of Flextronics Inc. Read’s financial management and operations background included increasingly important operational roles at Flextronics where he led many critical initiatives, including leading the integration of the acquisition of Solectron. Prior to joining Flextronics in 1995, Read held various senior financial positions in the UK with Allied Steel and Wire, STI Telecommunications and Associated British Foods. He graduated from the University of Wales as a Chartered Management Accountant.

Inc. and Southwest Airlines, where she led significant business transformation initiatives. Her focus has been growth companies where she developed employment brand strategies that helped grow the workforce exponentially while establishing company reputation as a leading employer of choice. Both Yahoo and Southwest were listed on the Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For in America and the Fortune 500 during her tenure. Sartain previously served on the Board of Directors of Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc. She is an adviser/board member to several start-up companies and consults with corporate clients. Sartain also served as chairman of the board of the Society for Human Resource Management in 2001 and was named fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources in 1998. She holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. She was named by Human Resources Executive as one of the 25 most powerful women in HR in 2005, and is also the author or co-author of three books on HR and Employer Branding.
