Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum 2010

Wednesday, 10 November 2010, 10:30am Pacific Time, Palm Springs, California

Jeff Joerres, Manpower Inc. Chairman and CEO, is a panelist at a session of the Ernst & Young Strategic Growth Forum 2010, titled "China: The World's Crouching Tiger." The session will address the interests and challenges of multinationals and entrepreneurs in exploring opportunities, finding valuable ways to expand their product lines and services and to establish their strategic presence in the Chinese market.

To complement Joerres' session, Manpower has launched a new Fresh Perspectives paper titled "Winning in China: Building Talent Competitiveness." The paper originated from research that Manpower China recently conducted as a refresh to its 2006 “Winning in China” research, and outlines the talent challenges facing businesses in China. This paper analyzes the increasing competition for talent between Chinese private-owned companies and multinationals, and offers advice to both sets of employers.
