What is the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey?
This quarterly survey is an indicator of hiring activity for the next quarter. The forecast includes responses from over 65,000 employers in 41 countries and covers the world's major labor markets.
The survey has been running for nearly 50 years and is one of the most trusted surveys of employment activity in the world. It's unique in its size, scope, longevity and area of focus.
A Proven Record of Reliability
The survey is independent; it uses a representative sample of employers from throughout the countries where it is conducted (not just ManpowerGroup's customer base or a random Internet panel). Because of its scope it also provides detailed information about trends in different regions and industry sectors for each of the 41 countries and territories.
