Sustainability at Work

"We've always believed that running a successful organization means creating value for our shareholders and contributing to society. Providing meaningful, sustainable employment is core to who we are as a company and has been since the beginning, 70 years ago."

— Jonas Prising, Chairman & CEO

At ManpowerGroup, we believe businesses have a responsibility to be a positive contributor to societal change. Our business was founded on this principle — and that dual purpose still holds true. That's why our Sustainability Plan is built around getting people Ready for Work, Skilling Up so they can be employable for the long-term, and helping all people participate in the workplace and achieve their potential by Integrating and Including.

We believe meaningful and sustainable employment has the power to change the world.
