Richard Buchband

Richard Buchband joined ManpowerGroup as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 2013. Buchband is a seasoned corporate lawyer and executive with deep in-house experience with public company issues, has valuable strategic and leadership experience and is recognized for his work on corporate governance and disclosure. He previously served as Partner and Associate General Counsel for Accenture plc, a $28 billion consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, Buchband worked for investment firm D. E. Shaw & Company in New York, and as general counsel of its portfolio company, Juno Online Services. He also served as senior corporate counsel for global travel company Orbitz and as an independent legal consultant.

Buchband was invited to the Listed Company Advisory Board of the New York Stock Exchange in April 2015, and joined the Board of Trustees of the Milwaukee Art Museum in December 2014 where he serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee. He earned an AB degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a JD from Columbia Law School. Married with two daughters, Buchband lives in the Milwaukee area.

April Dunn joined ManpowerGroup as Chief Marketing Officer in May 2017. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Dunn spent over twenty years at GE progressing to leadership roles in global marketing & strategy most recently as CMO of Global Services for GE Healthcare.  In this role, she launched digital services to enable healthcare clients to realize better clinical, operational and financial outcomes.  Dunn was also responsible for leading Customer First, a company-wide customer experience program to improve client satisfaction.

Dunn holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.  She is passionate about giving back to the community and currently serves on the Boards of the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum and the Metro Milwaukee chapter of the American Heart Association.

Monica Flores

Monica Flores

Monica Flores was named President of ManpowerGroup Latin America in January 2013 and is responsible for the company’s operation across 18 countries. Since joining ManpowerGroup in 1994, she has held a variety of positions across the organization including Managing Director for the Mexico & Central America region from 2007 to 2012.

She is a passionate advocate for diversity and developing impactful alliances amongst governments, civil organizations and private enterprises to close the gap between the supply and demand of talent in Latin America. Flores is President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico and a member of the Board of several universities, public institutions and private organizations. In addition, she is the President of the ManpowerGroup Foundation and Counselor of the STEM movement. She is the author of How to Find Your First Job, a guide to help young people begin and develop meaningful and sustainable careers.

Flores has been named one of the most powerful business women in Latin America and one of the ten main promoters of diversity. She has been recognized by the Mexican Senate as a “2011 Distinguished Woman” and in 2016 was named “Outstanding Businesswoman of the Year in Mexico and Latin America” by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.

Flores graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico as an Actuary. She holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the Panamerican University, as well as a Master in Business Administration from IPADE Business School. Her academic development is also complemented by a Diploma in Philosophy and History of Mexican Culture. She lives in Mexico City.

Becky Frankiewicz

Becky Frankiewicz

Becky Frankiewicz joined ManpowerGroup in July 2017 as the President of ManpowerGroup North America, bringing passion and compassion coupled with strong P&L experience from large and complex global businesses.

Frankiewicz is committed to building a rightly-skilled talent supply to meet the increasing job demand across North America. It's her firm belief that helping people find meaningful and sustainable work benefits individuals, families and communities. She is passionate about advancing women in leadership, developing skills to advance our workforce and advocating for conscious inclusion.

She has delivered this message at high-profile stages across the U.S. including MIT, the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) Social Innovation Summit, and regular appearances on national broadcast. ,

Before joining ManpowerGroup, Frankiewicz led one of PepsiCo’s largest subsidiaries, Quaker Foods North America.  There she was responsible for the $2.6B business and was also named by Fast Company as one of the most creative people in the industry, anticipating and adapting to fast changing consumer demands.

Prior to her success at Quaker Foods, Frankiewicz held a variety of senior leadership roles at PepsiCo including leading Innovation, Finance, Strategy, Sales and Marketing across the PepsiCo portfolio. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Frankiewicz worked in strategic consulting with Deloitte and Andersen Consulting. 

Frankiewicz has an MBA in finance, and a BA in Marketing from the University of Texas. She is a marathon runner, and lives with her husband and three daughters in Chicago.

Julie Krey

Julie Krey

Julie Krey was promoted to Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis in July 2017. Instrumental in supporting ManpowerGroup’s transformation Krey brings a combination of financial expertise and deep operational knowledge.

Krey joined Manpower in 1995 as an internal auditor, taking on a number of other financial leadership roles prior to her current role.  As Vice President of Finance for the Americas she was responsible for planning, directing and coordinating financial and shared services across the region.

Krey’s accomplishments include driving cost reduction and transformation efforts, leading working capital improvement, implementing new risk management programs and accelerating growth strategies,

Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Krey began her professional career with Deloitte, including a two year assignment in Australia where she was the first female manager of the firm’s Adelaide office.

Krey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She is a volunteer Board member of the Next Door Foundation and Best Buddies.

Donald Mondano

Donald Mondano

Donald Mondano joined ManpowerGroup in August 2018 as Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Treasurer and serves as ManpowerGroup’s Principal Accounting Officer.

Previously, Mondano was Vice President – Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Kellogg, a global leader in the package food space in Michigan, U.S.. Prior to Kellogg, he was Vice President - Finance and Corporate Controller at The Manitowoc Company, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer specializing in products for global food service and construction industries. In this role, Mondano was responsible for the enterprise reporting and accounting function, enterprise FP&A and the overall finance function of one of the two business segments, a $1.5B cranes segment.

Prior to The Manitowoc Company, Mondano spent more than 11 years with global accounting services firm PwC, in the Philippines, the U.K. and the U.S. He previously held positions in Phillips Semiconductors and The Bank of the Philippine Islands, as a cost accountant and commercial lender, respectively.

Mondano earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Accounting from the University of San Carlos in his native country of the Philippines and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and the Philippines.

Ganesh Ramakrishnan

Ganesh Ramakrishnan

Ganesh Ramakrishnan was appointed ManpowerGroup’s Chief Technology Officer in January 2015.  With his vast experience across multiple geographies and collaborative mindset, Ramakrishnan leads the execution and evolution of ManpowerGroup’s technology roadmap.

Ramakrishnan joined ManpowerGroup from Citigroup where he was most recently Managing Director, Head of Business Programs and Decision Management for the EMEA Consumer business segment. He also led the customer analytics practice in EMEA, setting up a center of excellence in Warsaw, and managed several complex IT operations such as application development, infrastructure management, security and governance. Ramakrishnan has established and run shared services organizations in emerging markets and multi-geography software assurance teams.

Ramakrishnan is a British citizen with a Bachelors in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management. He is also a published author and a frequent speaker at industry conferences and universities, including London Business School.

Alain Roumilhac

Alain Roumilhac

Alain Roumilhac was appointed President of ManpowerGroup France, ManpowerGroup’s largest operation, in 2012. He leads all ManpowerGroup’s French business across Manpower, Experis, FuturSkill, Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions.

Roumilhac joined ManpowerGroup in May 2011 as Managing Director, Experis & ManpowerGroup Solutions for Southern Europe. His experience was key in helping accelerate the execution of the differentiation and diversification strategy in the region.

He graduated as an Engineer from the French Arts et Métiers School and began his career with IBM France in 1984 in sales and management positions. Roumilhac joined IBM Global Services in 1995 and held positions including Vice President of the Infrastructure Services & Maintenance Division for Western Europe and Vice President of IBM Global Services France, responsible for Technology service business lines.

Roumilhac is passionate about skills development, labor market policy and developing tomorrow’s talent.  He is a regular spokesperson in the media and at leading business events including the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting and Viva Tech, the world’s leading Tech Conference. He is actively engaged in Tech for Good, a multi-sector initiative to build a diverse and educated pipeline of tech talent in France. Roumilhac is a member of the Medef (the French Business Movement) and the Board of Prism’emploi (the French Business Federation of Staffing Firms). He lives in Paris with his family.

Stefano Scabbio

Stefano Scabbio

Stefano Scabbio was appointed President of Mediterranean, Northern and Eastern Europe for ManpowerGroup in June 2017, responsible for driving innovative, digital and unique solutions while leading the company's largest region. Scabbio previously led Mediterranean and Eastern Europe and was instrumental in accelerating growth and driving next generation innovation across the European business.

Scabbio is passionate about helping people become more employable and developing in-demand skills while connecting business with the talent they need to succeed. He is President of Assolavoro, the Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies and regularly leads discussions on workforce strategy, skills development and upskilling people in Europe for the Digital Age including at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting and in media including the Financial Times, Reuters, and Bloomberg. Scabbio is the author of books including: Genesis reform: the new labor market in Italy (2012), The Formula: Institutions, economy and society (2010), and Work in Progress (2008). Scabbio joined ManpowerGroup in 2003 as Finance Director of Italy. He was appointed Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Italy in 2006 and named President in 2007.

In 2008, Scabbio became a member of the EMEA Strategic Executive Team, and in 2010, with the newly created Southern Europe Region, his role expanded to Regional Managing Director of Italy and Iberia. Before joining ManpowerGroup, Scabbio was Chief Financial Officer for Esselunga Group, a large supermarket retail group. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, and has completed courses at INSEAD and the International Institute for Management Development. He is fluent in four languages: English, French, Spanish and Italian and lives in Milan with his family.

John Williams

John Williams

John Williams is Senior Vice President & General Manager, Global and North American Sales, responsible for prioritizing and enhancing client relationships and developing new innovative, customized, workforce solutions.

Williams leads a global team responsible for the design and development of the company’s global sales strategy across ManpowerGroup’s expanding global client base. His expertise in building high performance organizations is key in helping clients unleash the potential of their talent and align with their business strategies, with increasing agility and speed.

Previously, Williams was Senior Vice President & General Manager for Right Management from 2003 to 2007. During his tenure, he led the Southern Region organization that was consistently rated as the top performing region across the globe in revenue, GP, OUP performance and employee engagement for 4+ years.

Before Right Management, Williams served as CEO of CORE Rewards, an Atlanta-based software and professional services firm providing enterprise-wide solutions for Fortune 1000 companies in the performance management space.  He has also held senior leadership positions at PepsiCo where he managed a $2.6B channel portfolio and 10 years with GE in several global general management roles.

Gina Boswell

Ms. Boswell currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and is also a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She is the President US Customer Development, Unilever. Previously, she was Unilever's General Manager, U.K. and Ireland, and before that was Executive Vice President, Personal Care, North America at Unilever. Also prior to its acquisition by Unilever, Ms. Boswell was President of Global Brands for the Alberto-Culver Company. Prior to Alberto-Culver, Ms. Boswell was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - North America of Avon Products, Inc., and was responsible for implementing Avon North America's transformation agenda and its business strategies. Prior to Avon, Ms. Boswell held various management roles with Ford Motor Company and Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. Ms. Boswell also serves as a director of Wolverine Inc. She previously served on the board of directors for Applebee's International Inc. and was named a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute in 2005. In early 2007, Pink Magazine and the Forte Foundation selected her as one of the Top 15 Women in Business. Ms. Boswell is a summa cum laude graduate of Boston University and received her Master's degree from the Yale School of Management.

Ms. Dominguez currently serves as a member of the Executive Compensation and Human Resources Committee. She is currently the President at Dominguez & Associates. Previously, she was the United States' 12th Chair of the EEOC from 2001 to 2006, and the first to have a workforce management background. Previously, Ms. Dominguez was Partner at Heidrick & Struggles and a Director at Spencer Stuart. She also served in the U.S. Department of Labor in roles including, Assistant Secretary for Employment Standards, Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and Architect of the Labor Department's Glass Ceiling Initiative. Her corporate experience includes various human resource positions with Bank America Corporation, including Director of Executive Programs. Ms. Dominguez holds a bachelor's and master's degree from the School of International Service at American University in Washington, D.C. In 2003, Loma Linda University conferred upon her the honorary degree of Doctor of Humanitarian Service. She is a fellow of the Advanced Study Program in Public Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has served on the boards of the Leadership Foundation of the International Women's Forum and the Human Resources Planning Society. She currently serves as a trustee of Calvert SAGE Funds, a director of Triple-S Management Corporation as well as a director of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Downe currently serves as Lead Director and is Chair of the Executive Compensation and Human Resources Committee. He is the retired CEO of BMO Financial Group, a bank founded in 1817 that today serves 11 million personal, commercial, corporate and institutional customers in North America and internationally. Mr. Downe held the role of Chief Operating Officer prior to being appointed CEO in 2007 and has held a variety of senior management positions in the U.S. since joining the company in 1983. He is a member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council of the Mayor of Beijing, and the International Advisory Council of Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Mr. Downe is on the Board of Trustees of the Rush University Medical Center and a member of the Board's Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Mr. Downe is a director of Catalyst, Inc. and a member of Catalyst's Canadian Board of Advisors. In addition, Mr. Ferraro served as a member of EY's Global Executive board for more than 12 years. Ms. Hemingway Hall currently serves as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee. She is the retired CEO and President of Health Care Service Corporation, which operates Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, the fourth largest health insurance company in the United States, serving over 13 million members. Previously, she held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Internal Operations. She also serves as a director of Cardinal Health as well as Prime Therapeutics, MEDecision, BCS Financial, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, America's Health Insurance Plans, National Institute for Health Care Management, Salvation Army Advisory Board, and the Health Care Leadership Council. Ms. Hemingway Hall has been named one of Crain's Chicago Business magazine's Top 25 Women to Watch and one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Health Care by Modern Healthcare Magazine.

She is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Navigant Consulting, Inc., a specialized global professional services firm and is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s long-term strategy and for realizing shareholder value. Previously, she held the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. A member of the Board of Directors for InnerWorkings, Inc. and a past member of Kemper's Board of Directors, Ms. Howard also serves on the Medical Center Board of Lurie Children's Hospital, and is a member of the Council of Economic Advisors for Cook County, the Economic Club and the Commercial Club of Chicago. She is a champion of women's leadership development and a founding member of the Women's Leadership and Mentoring Alliance.

Mr. Payne currently serves as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee. In his current role as president and managing member of Addison-Clifton, LLC, a leader in providing global trade compliance advisory services, Mr. Payne helps companies find solutions for the increasingly complex challenges facing global importers, exporters and supply-chain service providers. From 1998-2002 he was a partner in the Milwaukee office of the law firm Foley & Lardner, where he served as chair of the firm's International Business Team where he represented global and domestic companies in cross-border transactions. Prior to that he served as Managing Partner of the firm's Milwaukee office. Mr. Payne holds a doctorate degree in law and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University. He also serves on the boards of Northwestern Mutual, WEC Energy Group (formerly Wisconsin Energy Corporation) and YMCA of the U.S. (Chair).

Jonas Prising was named ManpowerGroup Chairman in December of 2015 and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in May of 2014. He leads all aspects of ManpowerGroup’s business in 80 countries and territories worldwide. Prior to being elected CEO, Prising served as ManpowerGroup President from 2012 to 2014, leading the company’s $20 billion operations in the Americas and Southern Europe, and overseeing the global Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions businesses. Prising joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and has also served as managing director of Manpower Italy; director of Manpower Global Accounts — Europe, Middle East and Africa; President of North America; and President of the Americas.

A recognized expert on the labor market and world of work trends, Prising regularly speaks at conferences and summits globally, and provides commentary on jobs and employment trends for media. He is actively engaged in the World Economic Forum, including as a Steward of the Future of Education, Gender and Work Global System; Co-Chair of the Regional Business Council on Europe and CEO Champion of the Digital Transformation Initiative.

Before joining ManpowerGroup, Prising worked for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. During his 10-year tenure with Electrolux, he held various international positions within the consumer goods and business-to-business divisions, including regional manager for Asia Pacific, managing director of Sales Companies in France and the United Kingdom, and finally head of Global Sales and Marketing for one of its business-to-business divisions.

Prising is passionate about preparing the workforce of tomorrow. He is Vice Chairman of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide and is a former Chairman of the Board and a current board member of Junior Achievement (JA) USA. In addition, he serves as a co-chair of Innovation in Milwaukee, an organization focused on supporting entrepreneurial leadership and is a member of the board of directors of the Kohl's Corporation.

Prising holds an MBA (equivalent) from the Stockholm School of Economics and has participated in executive programs at Harvard, INSEAD, Stanford and Yale. He speaks five languages: English, French, German, Swedish and Italian and has lived in nine countries across Asia, Europe and North America. Prising and his family reside in the Milwaukee area.

Mr. Read currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. He is the former president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 100 technology distributor and supply-chain services provider. Prior to taking on this role, he served on Ingram Micro’s board of directors and was chief financial officer and executive vice president of Flextronics Inc. Mr. Read’s financial management and operations background included increasingly important operational roles at Flextronics where he led many critical initiatives, including leading the integration of the acquisition of Solectron. Prior to joining Flextronics in 1995, Mr. Read held various senior financial positions in the UK with Allied Steel and Wire, STI Telecommunications and Associated British Foods. He graduated from the University of Wales as a Chartered Management Accountant.

Ms. Sartain currently serves as a member of the Executive Compensation and Human Resources Committee. She has a distinguished career in Human Resources, including acting as the CHRO of both Yahoo! Inc. and Southwest Airlines, where she led significant business transformation initiatives. Her focus has been growth companies where she developed employment brand strategies that helped grow the workforce exponentially while establishing company reputation as a leading employer of choice. Both Yahoo and Southwest were listed on the Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For in America and the Fortune 500 during her tenure. She is an adviser/board member to several start-up companies and consults with corporate clients. Ms. Sartain also serves on the Board of Shutterfly Inc. and is the Vice Chair of the AARP Board of Directors. She holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. She was named by Human Resources Executive as one of the 25 most powerful women in HR in 2005, and is also the author or co-author of three books on HR and Employer Branding.

Mr Van Handel has been a Director of BMO Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of BMO Financial Group, since 2006 and a Director of ICF International since June 2017. He retired as Senior Executive Vice President of ManpowerGroup in February 2017, following more than two decades with the company, including as Chief Financial Officer and in other senior finance and accounting positions. During his 18 years as CFO, Van Handel was recognized nine times by Institutional Investor magazine as America's Best CFO for Business and Professional Services.

Mr. Walter is the retired President and COO of AT&T Corporation, a position he held from 1996 to 1997. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a print and digital information management company, from 1989 through 1996. Mr. Walter previously served as a director of InnerWorkings, Echo Global Logistics Inc., and Vasco Data Securities, Inc., and served as Non-executive Chairman of ManpowerGroup from 1999 to 2001.
